Last fall, SmartDreamers, a company specializing in Recruitment Marketing Automation software, secured funding of €1.2 million. The investment round was led by GapMinder Venture Partners, with additional capital from the private equity investment fund Catalyst Romania. Now, SmartDreamers is making significant investments in expanding its international operations, developing its software solution, and growing its team.
The SmartDreamers team continues to enhance the product using artificial intelligence, machine learning, and state-of-the-art automation. The tech solution has already become a partner for HR professionals, helping with job promotion, building and strengthening employer brands, measuring performance, and optimizing all ongoing campaigns.

In other terms, the software solution helps companies access a candidate pool 12 times larger than traditional recruitment channels and optimizes the cost per hire after just seven months of use.

The United States and Singapore are the first markets where SmartDreamers has established a presence with dedicated business development teams. These regions were chosen due to the high volume of hiring happening in short timeframes. In this context, an integrated recruitment marketing solution, including compatibility with company ATSs (Applicant Tracking Systems), reduces the average hiring time and consolidates all recruitment needs into a single tool.
